What we actually learned
Not a blog. The fleet contract — canon, the 15-question gate, PR templates, AndromedaUI rules, and how to drive the UI from tests and agents. Git is the source of truth. This page is a projection. When a lesson changes, it changes in the same PR as the skill.
| Artifact | Kind | Honesty | Get |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15-question review gate The fleet questionnaire. Six questions are merge blockers. The rest need an explicit answer or N/A. Use it while you work, then again on the PR. | Review gate | Shipped | SKILL.md |
| Swift Canon Project-agnostic Swift 6 craft: concurrency, enums, logging, SwiftUI, snapshots, TCA, Hummingbird, review discipline. References live next to the skill. | Canon | Shipped | SKILL.md |
| Anti-patterns Real code that shipped or nearly shipped. Each exhibit is the failing shape, why it fails review, and the replacement. Numbers continue as scars land. | Canon | Shipped | anti-patterns.md |
| PR template Sequence/flow diagram is law. Visual evidence is law. The six merge-blocker boxes from the review gate belong on the template so authors see them at PR-open time. | Template | Partial | PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md |
| AndromedaUI Instrumentable primitives, not smart widgets. Caller-supplied identifiers, no networking inside GlassCard. Previews and snapshots already exist — App Control is the headed-drive half. | UI | Partial | read only |
| App Control Not the product Control Plane. A debug/test adapter: identifiers, GET /state, POST /action, GET /screenshot. Same methods the buttons call. Loopback, env-gated, typed enum — never a second HTTP host. | UI | Specified | app-control.md |
| claude-mem-for-all Persistent context for every coding agent — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, OpenClaw, Copilot — from one hook core. Swift Darwin dispatch moat, plugin discovery with SemVer, project-identity resolution. 533/533 tests, proven non-virgin recall (1,540 observations). The repo is the pack. | Case study | Shipped | github.com/Ripnrip/claude-mem-for-all |
| Sequence diagrams Every behavioral PR carries a mermaid sequence/flow/state diagram of what it does, rendered to an image for review. Snapshots prove look. Diagrams prove drive. | Diagram | Shipped | sequence-diagram.mmd |
